Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a valid return or size exchange, the item must fulfill the following mandatory conditions:

• The product must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in brand new condition.
• Footwear (Football Boots & Turf Shoes) must only be tried on clean indoor floors; boots with grass stains, pitch abrasions, or mud cannot be accepted.
• All original brand tags, manufacturer labels, packaging inserts, and the original shoebox must be intact and returned.
• Return request must be placed within 7 calendar days from the delivery date shown on courier tracking.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

• Customized jerseys with custom name or squad number heat-press printing.
• Sports socks, compression undergarments, and athletic supporters once unsealed.
• Products purchased under clearance / final flash sales marked specifically as non-returnable.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Size Swap

1. Submit Request: Email us at support@sahalomsportcenter.com or message our WhatsApp support with your Order Number and photos of the item and shoe box.
2. Reverse Pickup: Once approved, our courier partner will schedule a doorstep reverse pickup within 24 to 48 hours.
3. Quality Inspection: Upon reaching our warehouse, our quality team inspects the item within 24 hours.
4. Dispatch or Refund: Your replacement size is dispatched immediately, or your refund is initiated.

4. Refund Methods & Timelines

• Prepaid Orders (Cards, UPI, NetBanking): Refund is credited directly back to the original source payment method within 5 to 7 banking days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are processed via instant UPI transfer or NEFT bank transfer to your provided account details within 48 hours of inspection.
