2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday) are typically processed and dispatched on the same business day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are dispatched on the next working business day.
- Every package is packed in shock-resistant bubble mailers or sturdy corrugated outer boxes to protect boot studs and kit fabrics during transit.

- Real-time SMS updates when your parcel is out for delivery with the courier agent's contact details.
5. Damaged / Tampered Package Advisory
Important: If the outer cardboard packaging or security tape appears visibly damaged, torn, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please REFUSE to accept the delivery and ask the courier agent to mark it as damaged. Contact our logistics support immediately so we can ship an express replacement.
